God's bless our troops.





I was going  to write about the soldiers that died to make us free, but Memorial day is not just about the U.S  soldiers though it is nice to celebrate their sacrifices, but I think we should celebrate the sacrifices of the Soldiers in the army of the Lord.
Soldiers like Adorniram Judson, Andrew Bourdin, NATE SAINT, and many more>
They died to get the truth out.
How many of us have died lately for someone else?
I pray we get back what they had.

3 life hacks!!!

1. Getting those pesky grease stains out!!
Tools:
Baking soda
Dish soap
Tooth brush
Small container

Directions:
In the container mix together the soda and soap.
It should be a thick paste.
Spred fairly over greese spots.
And stick in the washing machine.
The stains
 are 90% gone!!!!


2. Cutting the cake!!!

Tools:
Glass of cold water
Sharp knife
Of course a cake (I have cheese cake)

Directions:
Put the knife in water 

Start cutting! (Between cuts u may have to put the knife in water again.)

When it's done it should be cleaner and the crumbs shouldn't be on the top!!


3. Cleaning that pesky blender!!!

Tools:
Dirty blender (duh)
Hot water
Hands

Direction:
Fill the blender up about 1/3 of the way with hot water.
Put it on high!
When it's done it shouldn't have any stuff in the bottom.

And those are 3 life hacks!!

Homemade Lchf sugar free cheesecake

Home made low carb high fat cheesecake!

10 oz cream cheese - softened
2 TSP vanilla
1 TSP lemon juice
1/2 cup sweetener of choice
1 cup whipping cream

Whip cream until stiff peak.

Mix cream cheese, vanilla, lemon juice and sweetener together until smooth.  Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture until well mixed.  Pour into cooled crust (below) and chill.

Almond flour crust

2 TBLSP melted butter
2 TBLSP sweetener of choice

Mix together and press into pie pan.  Bake @ 375 until golden.  Cool thoroughly before filling.
This is sooo good.
To make the cutting easier dip your knife in water first.

Yummy Strawberry Yogurt icy treat:)

During the summer you want that yummy ice cream. But let's face it it's not always convenient. Health is a caution to!!!! If you read the back of your ice cream box you will notice a bout half a foot long list of items contained in the ice cream!!!(most of them you can't even pronounce!)
Now I know that "ice-cream" and "Yo-Gurt" are two completely different things!!!!
All I want to do is offer you a healthy dessert option to cool you off!!!

Ingredients:
6 frozen strawberries
1 package of Greek yogurt
Lemon juice to taste
1 pack of favorite sweetener;)

Directions:
1. Thaw the berries and chop them up!(keep a little ice on them)
2. In a bowel put the yogurt and strawberries.
3. Fold them together(Mixing breaks the berry down)

4. Add the sweetener and a squirt of lemon juice.
Fold again and enjoy!!!!

Fluffy twisted bun!!!

Star by putting you hair in a pony tail.
Place a hair donut at the base of the pony and flip the hair over all sides.
Place a elastic over the donut.
Start pulling the hair out slowly on all sides to create a poofy bun.
Next start twisting the excess hair around the base and pin it into place

And you are done!!!!

Crunchy Paprika chicken Dinner

So after making up my mind to create my own recipe for paprika chicken!!!

Here it is along with 2 more recipes!!!!


Ingredients:
1 pack of chicken parts
1 TBLSP Ground Paprika
1 TBLSP Salt
 1/4 tsp of pepper

Directions:

1.On a baking pan place some foil. Then spray some non-stick cooking spray.
Place the chinken parts on the pan.

2. In a medium bowel mix together the dry ingredients.

3. Sprinkle this mixture over the parts until you like what you see.
You should have some extra mixture left over put it in a jar to save.

4. Place the chicken in a 350 degree oven.

When it's done it should be red!!!




Zucchini Stir Fry!!!

Ingredients:
1 long Zucchini
1 1/2 green bell pepper
Half of an onion
2 cloves of garlic
3 TBLSP olive oil

Directions:

1. Chopp the zucchini into half circles.
The bell peppers into small squares.
Chopp the onions int 1/4 circle lines.

2. Sauté all of your ingredient along with the garlic in the oil.
You can add some salt.

3. Place a lid over it all and let simmer until the zucchini Is soft.
It's done!

Tomato salad!!!!!;)

Ingredients:
3 tomatoes 
Salt!

Directions:
Cut the tomatoes into triangles
Place in a bowel and salt and mix em' 
And now our meal is done!!!!
